Terms of use

Last updated 7 November 2026

These terms cover your use of Hold, the website hold.iraady.com and the Hold mobile apps, provided by Iraady Ltd, London, United Kingdom. By creating an account you accept them.

Who can use Hold

You must be 18 or older. Hold is not for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or who have had an eating disorder. See the medical disclaimer.

Not medical advice

Hold is a self-tracking tool. It is not medical advice and not a medical device, and it does not tell you how to take, lower, stop or restart any medicine. Make those decisions with your doctor or prescriber. You use Hold at your own risk and stay responsible for your health decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, try to break its security, or scrape it. Do not enter another person's data without their permission.

Our responsibility

We try to keep Hold accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app if the change matters. Questions: hello@iraady.com. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing the protection of the consumer law where you live.
