Delete your account

You can delete your Hold account and all your data at any time. It is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in to Hold (web or phone app).
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete my account, enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@iraady.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Hold account". We will ask you to confirm it is you, and delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What is deleted

• Your profile and plan, every weigh-in and note, every check-in, and your 7-day reset history.
• Your sign-in sessions and app tokens.
• If you are on the waiting list, use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or write to us and we will remove your email.

A short log line that an account was deleted (with no health data) can stay for up to 12 months for security reasons.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store account settings so you are not billed again.
